Our Program's

FULL TIME

A total of 6 hours of daily training, 5 days per week with Saturdays used for Fitness and stretching (4 hours of tennis and 2 hours of individualized fitness) = 26 hours per week of training. Housing available for full time as well as summer and spring. Break program players.

AFTER SCHOOL HIGH PERFORMANCE

A total of 3 hours per day of training, 5 days per week with Saturdays used for fitness and stretching (2 hours of tennis and 1 hours of group fitness) = 16 hours per week of training.

PART TIME

This program is geared to those players who come to do pre-season training before tournaments. A total of 6 hours per day of training, 5 days per week with Saturdays used for fitness and stretching (4 hours of tennis and 2 hours of individualized fitness).

AFTER SCHOOL

Available for High-School players who would like to practice 2 or 3 times per week. This program is based on 1.5 hours per day, two or three times per week. This program does not include fitness; although it could be added as an extra cost.

HIGH PERFORMANCE SUMMER TRAINING

This program is geared for all high performance players as well as high school players looking to playing regional, national, and ITF tournament. 6 hours per day of training (4 hours of tennis and 2 hours of fitness) with video and match play analysis.

SUMMER CAMPS

This program is available for kids of all ages wishing to learn how to play tennis as well as for kids who are looking to exercise.
